We are now looking for a Manager Recruitment Services Poland (maternity cover). In this position you are line manager with the responsibility to lead and develop your team members. Furthermore you have the delivery responsibility for our local recruitment services in Poland and our global recruitment admin team located in Poland. You manage our deliveries, drive efficiency, and implement agreed tools, processes and ways of working in the area of talent acquisition. Finally, you manage stakeholder expectations, building and sustaining long term business relationships.
In this position you will be part of the Volvo Group Recruitment global management team and you are expected to actively participate and contribute to strategic planning, resource utilization, and process improvements. You will work and interact in a global context and be a vital part of driving continues improvements in the area of recruitment and talent acquisition for the Volvo group.
The core Responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager are:
- Drive the recruitment process delivery for the Volvo Group entities in Poland
- Manage the team of 12 professionals based in Wrocław
- Act as a coach and drive the development of the team members
- Drive efficiency and secure deliveries according to set targets
- Implement decided methods, tools and ways of working in the area
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources such as agencies
- Be part of developing long term strategies and short term initiatives that aim to strengthen the Volvo Groups employer branding and ability to attract talents
We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track-record from management in recruitment, preferably in an international context.
You navigate with ease in a complex stakeholder structure and you feel comfortable in interacting with stakeholders at all levels in the company, from executive level to individual contributors.
You have experience from working with external vendors and have the ability to create a seamless service delivery model
Furthermore, you have an excellent overall understanding of processes, business change and an ability and interest in identifying and driving continuous improvements
You build and maintain long-term business relationships and feel comfortable in networking in an international environment.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Business administration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
