Delivery Manager - Solution Center Common Solutions
The Commercial Solutions is the largest global unit within Group IT with full responsibility to manage the evolution of all the commercial solutions used by the Truck brands and that are common for the Volvo Group. We forecast a turnover close to 2 billion SEK which will bring great challenges and opportunities to be part of the digitalization of the Volvo Group. The Solution Center Volvo Group Common Solutions is responsible for global solutions and projects in following areas: Master data, Portals, e-commerce and Mobility.
We are now looking for a Delivery Manager - Portals and Mobility SM
The Volvo Group are producing high end products to customers in the differents segments on a very competitive market. To match the high end products we provide high end solutions to our dealers in order to support sales and aftermarket activities and the entry point for all these solutions is our portals. The portal Is also used as an communication channel towards our dealers around the world.

In this position you will be able to make a difference for our collegues in the dealerships. Are you a team-builder, driven, with global experience and a strong delivery focus? In this position you will be accountable for the deliveries of the Portals, used by almost all TD/BA’s. You will be working closely with our business stakeholders, making sure we meet KPIs and budgets. The solution is business critical and needs full attention to safeguard uptime. You will provide input to roadmaps and execute on the same. For the people reporting to you, you will have the full personnel responsibility. You will be reporting to the Director Solution Center Volvo Group Common Solutions, work in a very close cooperation with the delivery manager in Tianjin and you will be part of the Solution Center Volvo Group Common Solutions management team.
- Strong delivery experience and/or clear priority to strive for delivering business value in our Business operations.
- Good knowledge of the IT landscape within the aftermarket domain ie how solutions interact on a higher level.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing deliveries, projects and people
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experince relevant for the Portal domains
- Have demonstrated strong leadership competencies relevant to the Volvo Group “Leading Leaders” level
- Strong customer focus to understand needs and build strong relationsships
- Accountability – taking personal responsibility as well as establishing responsibilities for others
- Sets objective, plans and adjust planning
- Build effective teams, with shared goals, an open and trustful dialogue and a mix of competences
