We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to support various functions in Eskilstuna (focus on Sales and IT).
The primary responsibility of this HR Business Partner role, is to support and guide managers and employees is HR related issues that drive business performance and participate in delivering on our business objectives. This position will report to the VP HR Sales but is also going have close interactions with with VP HR for support functions.
The role includes the full range of HR Business Partner activities like; Recruitment and Succession Planning ,Performance Management, Competence management and Change management, Coaching the leaders ,Support managers in the resolution of employee issues, including liaisons with the trade unions, where appropriate and Implement the worldwide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resource Management.
As an HRBP in Volvo Construction Equipment you will have over 80 HR colleagues in your global network that you can reach out to when you need a sounding board, a new perspective or want to partner up in a specific area!
Required knowledge & experience:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience
  • Can do attitude and a desire to solve problems balancing short-term and long-term perspectives
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted day-to-day activities independently
  • Experience from coaching and facilitation to support and drive transformation and change in the organization
  • Excited to find continuous improvements and ready to challenge status quo
  • High level of integrity and ethics
