Site Accountant

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Record daily transactions in P2P & tax process, administer related general ledger reconciliations
  • Support local bank issues related to all processes, such as TP invoice
  • Prepare monthly IC reconciliation during the closing and ensure no difference
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet review task and escalate the issue to CA
  • Weekly liquidity forecast into Web-tool and NAL system
  • Monthly voucher archiving tasks with specified requests
  • Prepare required documentation for internal and external audits
  • Work in accordance to the work instructions and Process requirements
  • Participate in process standardization and follow up action plans
  • Support the yearly asset counting on behalf of CA
Key Targets and Results
  • On-time payment settlement & tax declaration with satisfied quality
  • Monthly voucher archiving with given requests
  • Problem solving skills of accidental issues raised
  • Timely support for ad-hoc tasks
Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
  • Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
  • Certificate of intermediate accountant, CPA is preferred but not a must
Preferred experience and knowledge:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience gained in MNC
  • Solid communication experiences with banks & tax bureaus
  • Basic knowledge of laws & tax regulations applied to accounting/tax process
  • Familiar with MS Excel and ERP functions related to accounting/tax process, SAP is preferred
  • Good in written and oral English
